Personal Information
Stillpoint Clinics Ltd will not give out, sell or otherwise
disclose your personal information to any third party without your prior consent
or unless we are required to do so by law.
Stillpoint Clinics Ltd may use your personal details to contact you for its own internal audit and/or research. If you would prefer us not to contact you then please advise the Practice Manager in writing.
You may request in writing a copy of any information i.e. computerised records and clinical notes that we hold about you. We ask that patients please allow one week and advise that there is no charge for this service.
Occasionally we are asked for information from third parties such as solicitors. In these situations, information will only be released upon receipt of a signed consent form from the patient. There is an administration charge for third party requests.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We aim to give our patients a prompt and efficient service,
gaining positive results as quickly as possible. This service is only
possible if cancellations are notified as soon as possible, therefore we ask
that patients give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. There is a
telephone answering machine in permanent operation during non-clinic hours for
this purpose.
In the event that a patient fails to attend an appointment or
cancels within less than 24 hours without good reason, the clinic reserves the
right to charge a cancellation fee equal to the cost of that missed appointment.
Referral Discount
A referral discount can only be claimed for each new person that
is referred to the clinic. Existing patients who try new therapies will not be
eligible.
We will apply a £5 discount to your account after your
recommended person attends and pays for their first appointment. This discount
can then be applied against your next treatment.
You may use your discount against any of the therapies that we offer. There is
no limit to the number of discounts you may claim however, you may only use one
discount per appointment. Discounts must be used within 6 months and are non-transferrable.
Should you fall behind with payments then referral discounts will be suspended
whilst your account is brought up to date. You may not offset referral discounts
against arrears.
We reserve the right to end this promotion without notice at any time. If we choose to do so, all outstanding discounts will be honoured.
