Helen is Clinic Director having founded Stillpoint Clinic in October 2002.  She graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 1996 with a degree in Osteopathy and has since completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Osteopathy in the Cranial Field. She specialised early in Cranial and Paediatric Osteopathy, working in children's clinics and practices with experienced Cranial Osteopaths.

Helen obtained a teaching qualification in 1998. In 2001, after 2 years as an Assistant Tutor, she was invited to join the BSO Postgraduate Faculty of Cranial Osteopathy where she lectures as a tutor.

She has been a Regional Tutor since 1999, providing local support for Osteopaths enrolled on BSO programs.

When Helen isn't treating patients she loves the outdoors, running and fell walking, and can frequently be found getting stuck in bogs on the Moors.

Alex graduated from the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy in 2000 and continues to develop his Osteopathic skills through the British School of Osteopathy and the Sutherland Cranial College.

Alex attends regular meetings with Osteopathic colleagues in South Manchester for continual professional development, keeping up to date with developments in the field and furthering his knowledge in various areas. He also attends regular regional tutorials in Osteopathy in the Cranial field.

Jo graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2004 and has since gone on to pursue an interest in Cranial Osteopathy successfully completing Modules 1 and 2 of the Osteopathy in the Cranial Field course.

Jo works part-time at Stillpoint Clinic, which she combines with looking after her two young children.
